The last leaf fallen, but has...Autumn's ending. The last leaf fallen, but hasn't it fallen well? The colors of the lonely leaf are brilliant against the strokes of pine needles and the granite. The textures are appealing as is the light and shadow. Smooth strokes of pine needles and rough granite. Light and shadow among the needles and composite of the granite, as well as its surface. The leaf is well-placed and and the photo nicely cropped. I find the lines of those pine needles very appealing and I think they are related in color to the leaf. I am trying to become more sensitive to nuances of color. thank you fro a cheery good morning.
