Anyway, I'm going to enjoy seeing your daily visuals. By the way, I'm weaving a bit of tapestry each day in a tapestry diary... it's shown at the left side of my blog: http://tapestry13.blogspot.com
I love the concept of visually attending to each day in some way.
Tommye Scanlin
P.S. Love your book, by the way--used to use it as a text when I taught surface design a few years back.Tommye McClure Scanlinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09816922767294739515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7119333605155613964.post-3778994362648031832009-10-17T09:20:34.282-07:002009-10-17T09:20:34.282-07:00Oh my! Such bright color! The tilt is interesting,...Oh my! Such bright color! The tilt is interesting, tips my head a bit, off-balance. Fun! That pink is terribly bright and I would have thought it had no relationship to the roses, but it does, doesn't it? They are faint echoes of the color, even the blurry ones on lower right. Certainly those strong columns of color dominate, along with the vase. Back to red and green again, are we? That pink is so jarring and comes right out of the frame at me. There are white reflections on both the pink column and the vase that interact. Sorry, I need to go hang a load of laundry on the line, thank you for the challenge.Jackiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04730298448632087144noreply@blogger.com
