Either morning or evening light give...What a sight! Either morning or evening light gives a wonderful glow and gives the scene a warm color, almost monochromatic. The diagonal lines and perspective give movement--there's certainly a lot of movement going on below, I'll wager! So it is just that we feel some of that. I can't tell what is creating the bright white spot, a reflection off something, but it is nicely placed. Thank you for all your work; I've learned so much and have actually put a fair amount into practice.
